Improving the health of residents in the areas we serve by promoting access to quality health and human services is the very core of what we provide. In doing so, the Health Council of Southeast Florida is involved in initiatives that embody the scope of work we are charged with. HCSEF is currently contracted to implement the following state-appointed initiatives:

• Nursing Home Utilization Data Collection
