Services & Supports for Persons Living with HIV/AIDS

Community Health Advocates (CHAs) conduct free HIV testing. They also provide clients who are currently out of care or newly diagnosed with services including:

  • Medication assistance.
  • Linkage to primary or specialty care.
  • Connect with resources i.e. food, transportation, etc.
  • Enroll in health benefits via the Marketplace, Ryan White Program, or the Health Care District.
  • Advocate for overall health and well-being.
