The Navigate PBC and Treasure Coast Alliance aims to strengthen and enhance the system of health and human services. This is achieved by creating an opportunity for professional development, training, and collaboration among individuals and organizations providing health & human services in the community. The Alliance was developed in response to the growing and substantial need for resources to help residents navigate the health and human services available in their area. The goal of the Alliance is improved access to care for residents.
